Tomás Roca Gómez-Pablos

Tomás is a founding partner of the law firm and Director of the Madrid office.

He has more than 15 years of experience, and began his professional career in the labour law departments of the law firms J&A Garrigues and Cuatrecasas. He also has experience in the Corporate area, having worked in the labour relations department of Vodafone Spain, and also in the Finance area, having started his professional career as an auditor in the firm EY.


He has extensive experience in all areas of labour law, with a special expertise in the corporate field. Therefore, among others, he has participated in numerous collective bargaining processes within multiple sectors (technological, industrial or contact centre, among others), with vast experience in litigation practice and in providing recurrent advice to national and multinational companies.

Additionally, his expertise and experience in providing legal and labour law advice on senior management and trade union matters, as well as in company restructuring and sale and purchase transactions, is particularly noteworthy.

He is a lecturer at Garrigues' Centro de Estudios, and has also taught at the Universidad Carlos III de Madrid.

He has a dual degree in Law and Business Administration and Management (E-3) from the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas in Madrid. He speaks Spanish, English and German.
