Miguel Ángel Almansa García

Miguel Ángel joined the firm after having worked as a lawyer in the labour law department of Herbert Smith Freehills and Pérez Llorca.

Throughout his professional career, he has advised national and multinational companies in all types of matters related to labour law, including recurrent labour advice, legal representation in the social jurisdiction, participation in corporate restructuring and collective bargaining procedures, as well as in labour due diligences in all types of business transactions.

The business sectors in which he specialises include, among others, the banking sector, service companies, textiles, as well as offshore organisations.

He also has experience in legal and labour law consultancy for senior management.

He holds a Master's Degree in Labour Law from Centro de Estudios Garrigues and a Law Degree from the University of Malaga. He speaks Spanish and English.
