Luis Panadero Meseguer

Prior to joining the firm, Luis developed his career as a lawyer in the labour law department of Deloitte Legal, and, previously, he also worked as legal advisor to a start-up specialising in consumer law

He has advised in almost all areas of labour law, mainly for national and multinational companies, with particular expertise in legal representation in the social jurisdiction and in recurrent advice, as well as in due diligence processes in different types of business transactions. His expertise in the management of highly complex technical and emotional individual disputes, from the pre-procedural phase through to litigation, is noteworthy.

He has also participated in corporate restructuring and collective bargaining processes, as well as before the Social Security and the Labour Inspectorate.

Among the areas and sectors in which he has developed his experience, he has mainly worked in the tech, energy, retail and consultancy sectors.

Graduate in Law from the University of Navarra. Master's Degree in Labour Law from Centro de Estudios Garrigues. Thomson Reuters" award for the best student in his class. Speaks Spanish and English.
