Luis Benítez Vacas

Luis joined the firm after a long professional career, which includes his experience at the leading labor law firm in Córdoba, as well as roles in the Labor Law departments of, among others, Pino y Barreda and Auren, in Madrid.

Throughout his extensive career, he has provided legal advice to national and multinational companies on a wide range of labor law matters. As a result, he has participated in numerous Due Diligence processes, restructurings, collective dismissals, legal representation before the Administration and the Labor and Social Security Inspectorate, and union elections, among others.

His particular expertise stands out in contentious litigation, both in individual and collective conflicts, as well as in advising on matters of technical complexity and detailed study.

He is specialized in the public, socio-healthcare, energy, and road maintenance within the construction industry.

He holds a Law degree from the San Pablo CEU University. He speaks Spanish, English, and French.
