A lawyer with more than 20 years of experience, he began his professional career in the labour law departments of the law firms Roca Junyent and J&A Garrigues

He has extensive experience in advising on labour law, with a special focus on the business field, accompanying national and multinational companies on a daily basis in all types of matters related to the social branch of law. Recurrent advice, restructuring, collective bargaining or legal representation before the administration and courts make up his day-to-day work.

He also has extensive experience in company labour law strategy, senior management and in legal proceedings of high technical complexity.

He works on a recurring basis in sectors such as industry, chemicals, banking, consumer goods, hospitality and technology.

Master in Business Law at Pompeu Fabra University (LLM), PhD courses and Law Degree at Pompeu Fabra University (UPF). He speaks Spanish, Catalan and English.
