Álvaro Domenech Ariza

Álvaro is a founding partner of the law firm and Director of the Barcelona office.

He has more than 15 years of experience, and began his professional career in the labour law departments of the law firms Roca Junyent and J&A Garrigues.

He has extensive experience in advising on labour law, with a special focus on the business field, advising national and multinational companies on a daily basis in all types of matters related to labour law. Ongoing advice, restructuring processes, collective bargaining or legal representation before the administration and courts make up his day-to-day work.

He also has extensive experience in company labour law strategy, senior management and in legal proceedings of high technical complexity.

He works on a ongoing basis in sectors such as industry, chemicals, banking, consumer goods, hospitality and technology.

Master in Business Law from Pompeu Fabra University (LLM), PhD courses and Law Degree from Pompeu Fabra University (UPF). He speaks Spanish, Catalan and English.
