Laura Martín Palancares

Laura joined the firm after working as a Labor Lawyer in several law firms in Barcelona.

She has provided legal advice in almost all areas of Labor Law, with particular expertise in legal representation before Social Courts and recurrent advice, specializing in the construction, cleaning, and hospitality sectors.


She has also served as a conciliator and mediator at the Labor Court of Catalonia, assisting both workers and companies in resolving their disputes and achieving effective and satisfactory solutions for all parties involved.


She holds a Law degree from the University of Salamanca, a Master’s Degree for the Access to practice Law from U.N.E.D., and a Postgraduate degree in Labor Law Practice from the Illustrious Bar Association of Barcelona.

She speaks Spanish and English.
