Borja de la Luna Roig

Borja de la Luna joined the law firm after having developed his career as a lawyer in the labour law department of J&A Garrigues.

During his career, he has provided legal advice in practically all areas of labour law, mainly in the business field, as a result of which he has participated in numerous Due Diligence processes, restructuring and collective dismissals, legal representation before the Administration and the Labour and Social Security Inspectorate, or trade union elections, among others.

He has extensive experience in litigation before the Labour Courts and in providing ongoing advice to national, multinational and international companies, mainly in the consultancy, retail and department store sectors. He has also provided advice to multiple start-ups, and on senior management employees.

He is lecturer at the University of Navarra (Madrid) since 2021.

Double degree in Law and Business Administration and Management (E-3) from the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas de Madrid. He speaks Spanish and English.
