Álvaro Carrera began his professional career in the Employment Law department of Baker & McKenzie, moving on to other firms such as Andersen, among others, until he joined Roca Domenech.
During his career, he has provided advice in practically all areas of labour law, mainly to national and multinational companies, carrying out, among others, electoral procedures in the corporate sphere, specific advice on contractual and remuneration matters and on policies, rules and codes of internal configuration and application, and assistance in collective bargaining processes.
He is particularly notable for his recurrent advice on labour law matters in the corporate sphere, and for his extensive procedural experience before the labour courts.
The main sectors in which he has developed his experience have been the metal sector, consultancy, services, banking and real estate management, among others.
He has been a teaching collaborator on the Master's Degree in Labour Law at Sagardoy Business & Law School.
