Rosa Brioso González

Rosa Brioso is the head of Roca Domenech's Malaga office. Before joining the law firm as a lawyer, she worked in the labour law department of the firm J&A Garrigues.

During her career, she has advised national and international companies on matters related to labour law, from both a legal and strategic point of view. Specifically, in addition to providing ongoing advice and representing her clients before the Administration, she has participated in numerous trade union and Due Diligence processes and has advised on equality matters and on the prevention and management of harassment situations in companies.

She also has extensive experience in restructuring processes and collective dismissals, as well as in legal representation before the Labour Courts.

She has worked in various economic sectors, including the hospitality and technology sectors.

She holds a Master's Degree in Labour Law from Centro de Estudios Garrigues and a Law Degree from the University of Malaga. She speaks Spanish and English.
