Cristina Batlle Sitges

Before joining the firm, Cristina developed her career as a lawyer in the labour law departments of firms such as Durán-Sindreu, Osborne Clarke and Mazars, among others.

She has extensive experience in almost all areas of labour law, advising mainly national, multinational and international companies, with special emphasis on recurrent labour advice, legal representation in court and participation in Due Diligence within business operations.

She has also participated in restructuring and collective bargaining processes, proceedings before the Administration and before the Labour and Social Security Inspectorate.

The main sectors in which she advises are the industrial and construction sectors, and the hospitality sector.

She holds a degree in Law from the Central University of Barcelona, and an LLM in Comparative and International Law from the Universities of Mannheim (Germany) and Adelaide (Australia). She speaks Spanish, Catalan and English.
